Jessica joined ADP in 2022 as a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer focused on Insurance Services. She has 7 years of experience as a UX Designer and over 15 years in the field of Design.
Previously, she was at Nutrien Ag Solutions, a multinational agriculture corporation based in Canada. As a Senior UX Designer, she was primarily responsible for their sustainability efforts on the Agrible Platform.
Before Agrible was acquired, she led their Design Team to create the Agrible Platform and its tools which included Field Story, Tractor Time, Nutrient Engine, Spray Smart, Yield Engine, and Air & Space.
Jessica has a UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group with a specialty in UX Management. She also holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Visual Communication Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
